The Pistoia Alliance is a global, not-for-profit organisation with over 200 member companies from the life science ecosystem, including 18 of the top 20 global pharma companies, patient-led research groups, technology providers, and academic institutions.
Established in 2009 by representatives from AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, and Pfizer, the Alliance fosters collaboration across more than 25 projects to address common challenges in life science R&D.
